- A- Planning Activity .
- Inspection of Ducting layout and Site
- Physical sample inspection of ducts through ‘Inspection robots and identify type and quantity of dust and checking internal surfaces of
- Planning for the process and finding and creating access for entry of Robots and Vacuum cleaners . Cutting of Ducts and closing of the same .
- Selection of appropriate robots and brushes suitable for the ducts.
- B – Cleaning Activity
- Switch off the Power supply of AC units .
- Set Up the Air Compressor unit, Dust collector vaccume cleaner , control panel and
- Making opening in GI Duct and insert inspection robot and vaccume cleaner inside the
- Pre cleaning inspection with robots and recording videos/ photos .
- Cleaning of Ducts with suitable brush or pressurise air jet Whips . Simultaneously vacuuming the ducts with high capacity vaccume
- Recording Videos for the same
- Removing the Robots and vaccume cleaner from the Ducts.
DUCT SANITISATION PROCESS:
- Mounting UVC santizer lights on the robots .
- Inserting the robots along with UVC santizer inside the ducts and moving it throughout the ducts .
- Recording Videos / photos of the
- Removing the robots and closing the opening with GI Trap
